Customer Reviews
Consistent quality over time
I've been getting the 32 roll case subscription from PlantPaper for about six months now. This latest delivery was just like the others – reliable. The bamboo toilet paper is consistently soft, and I haven't had any issues with it being septic-safe. They always ship on time, and the packaging is still plastic-free every time. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect, and it's always good. No surprises, which is what I want for something like toilet paper.
Worth the subscription price
I was looking to save some money and also switch to something more eco-friendly. The subscription discount on the 32 roll case made a big difference for me. It worked out to be a good value, especially with the free shipping. Felt like I got a good deal and the product is good quality, septic-safe too which is a plus for my old house. Definitely felt worth the purchase.
Soft and sustainable
Ordered the 16 roll pack. Delivery was fast. Product was as described. Soft, organic bamboo. No plastic packaging. Will reorder.
Detailed feedback on my order
I placed an order for the 8 roll starter pack to test out PlantPaper's bamboo toilet paper. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I received a confirmation email almost immediately. Shipping took about 6 days to arrive in Wisconsin, which was within their estimated window. The packaging was entirely plastic-free, just a simple cardboard box and the rolls themselves had paper wrapping, which was good to see. The 3-ply toilet paper felt soft and held up well, no complaints about its usability. I had a question about how often they ship subscriptions, so I used their contact form and got a response within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid first experience.
Decent product, some improvements
I tried the 24 roll case after hearing good things about bamboo TP. The toilet paper itself is soft and definitely feels sturdier than some other eco-friendly brands I've used. I appreciate that it's toxin-free and comes in plastic-free packaging; that was a big reason I chose them. Delivery was okay, took about 5 days. My only minor point is the rolls felt a little smaller than my usual brand, so they ran out a bit quicker. Not a huge issue, but something to note. Customer service was responsive when I asked about changing my delivery frequency. Good overall, just wish the rolls were a bit bigger.
Good toilet paper, easy delivery
So, I decided to try out PlantPaper, you know, for the planet and all that. Got the 24 roll case. It came pretty quick, maybe 4 days. The toilet paper felt soft enough, not scratchy. Didn't have any issues with it. Pretty simple process overall.

Thinking of switching to PlantPaper. Is it really soft, or is it that rough eco-friendly stuff?
Does PlantPaper have any deals for first-time buyers? Looking to try it out but wanna save a few bucks.
